P.E.

Both indoor and outdoor PE will be done on Thursdays: in the morning for 5A and in the afternoon for 5Q.

During PE children will be expected to wear a white t-shirt, black shorts/leggings and trainers for indoor. For outdoor PE children are expected to wear jogging bottoms/shorts/leggings, a white t-shirt and trainers. They may wish to bring a plain sweatshirt/jumper for the colder months.

Homework

Homework at Meanwood involves 20 minutes daily reading at home and answering the book quizzes. We also expect your child to learn the current half term's Maths Facts and to continue to practise their tables to gain rapid fluency. They will also be bringing a Grammar sheet home and we would like them to learn the definitions and spellings on this.
