Reading Stars

If your child reads at least 3 times a week, they are a Reading Star!

Reading stars are a way of rewarding and encouraging parents and children to read together on a regular basis. Children love to win a book and it really encourages and motivates them to improve their reading whilst at home.

Please read with your children every day (or at least 3 times a week) and return their signed reading record and book to school every day.

Reminder

Please ensure children wear suitable clothing and footwear and are provided with a warm coat, hat, scarf, gloves during the winter months.

Clothing should be clearly labelled with the child's full name and class.

P.E.

PE will be on Wednesdays. 

Children will be expected to attend school in school uniform and will change for PE. 

Requirements for PE kit are as follows: 

 

A white t-shirt, shorts or leggings (short/tracksuit bottoms/leggings for the colder months) and pumps. 

Please practise dressing and undressing at home.
